Before we bring God our worries, needs, and requests, Jesus teaches us to begin with praise. Through the words “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name,” we discover how praise and worship remind us of who God is, help us remember His faithfulness, and change our perspective. When we choose to honor God first, our circumstances may not change, but the way we see them can.

Before you focus on what’s wrong, focus on Who is right.
